Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Because our products are made fresh without preservatives and are considered personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you to love your TallowKind experience!

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Please email us at miranda@tallowkind.shop within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Allergy or Sensitivity Notice:

We list all ingredients clearly on our product pages. If you have known sensitivities or allergies, please review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out before ordering.
